Satisfaction Surveys
WE'VE PASSED THE 3,000 MARK!
We now have compiled over 3,000 total responses to our ongoing patient satisfaction survey. Our surveys are anonymous, and sent out two to four weeks after the patient's last appointment with us (to avoid the "halo" effect.) Although patient satisfaction measurements are only one factor of physical therapy effectiveness,
they do represent an important component of overall care: was the patient satisfied with the treatment and results?
We have well over a 30% return rate (10% is considered excellent for mailed survey responses), and over the years, have received consistently high responses from our patients.

My therapist explained why they were doing certain things before they began. I was impressed with the fact I not only received physical therapy but exercises I could do at home to help strengthen various areas of my back. In the past I was only given physical therapy and sent on my way. Possibly if I had received that type of information at other physical therapy offices, I wouldn’t have ended up in the condition I was in when I came to your office
My therapist’s care, concerns and compassion went above my expectations. She helped me get through some very difficult times with L&I and went above and beyond in communicating with my doctor.
(They) gave me tools and information that will absolutely better my life. The office works as a team, which is rare in a society of individuals.
Everyone was so kind and considerate. This is important when one is in pain.
It was a scary thought having to come at first but after the initial talk and the first appointment the comfort came to me.
I would have been very happy with ½ of my results. I feel better than I have for years. I have never has as good of an exam from anyone, or as good of physical therapy. I have been to a lot of P.T. over the years. I tell all the doctors and nurses and anyone that has some problems about your staff.
I thought my PT was excellent and especially helpful in enabling me to see and set my athletic goals.

Everything was A #1. (My PT) is every bit the professional – caring about the individual which is greatly lacking in so many professionals today.
The therapist did an excellent job of listening and asking questions to understand my physical condition.
I was surprised by how quickly the therapy worked. I noticed improvement after only a few visits. At first I was very hesitant to start PT but (my therapist) quickly helped to reassure me and to gain my trust that she would do nothing that would cause me any more pain and discomfort.
For a first time PT patient, not knowing what to expect, I found my visits to be very positive and relaxing.
I am very impressed with the thoroughness, knowledge, & willingness to go "the extra mile" to get me where I need to get back to work without any limitations. I most definitely appreciate all your hard work & dedication. Keep up the great work!
Your organization is superior to any previous office of physical therapy that I have ever visited. I was amazed at the thoroughness of your intake & follow-up. Your staff is extremely delightful. If pain can be "amusing" these persons kept me laughing, and encouraged. Having been an owner of a rehab organization and a boss - I know what it takes to pull this off. Your office is pleasant, inviting & well run. Your staff are happy & proud to be a part of your organization. What greater example of a first class service oriented, business - exists - I don't know of. Thank you for such a pleasure!
I was pleased with the service - during a snow storm I was unable to reach your office on time - they quickly & pleasantly arranged another time on the same day.

I came to you hoping for a cure but having little faith in finding a cure. There is not a day that goes by that I don't stop & think, "Wow, I don't hurt anymore". I will not hesitate to come back if my elbow doesn't hold out during fishing season this year. A special "hi" to the aides & to your receptionist who understood my insurance better than I did.
This was my first PT experience. I was impressed by the competence & professionalism.
